From delivering excellent customer service to managing daily operations, inventory, and team training, you'll be at the forefront of our success. We're seeking an effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. Drive sales objectives and build brand awareness through marketing and social media. Hire, onboard, and train new employees. Manage inventory and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Communicate professionally with customers, associates, and corporate partners. Support company initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Prioritize tasks with attention to detail and a customer-first focus. Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards. Ensure loss prevention and safeguarding of confidential information. What You'll Need: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail or service-related industry. Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and train employees. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Strong personal leadership skills and desire to succeed. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
