Are you driven, self-motivated and results-focused? If you enjoy working with advisors and helping to create client's financial plans and other analysis documents, we would like to talk to you! Our dynamic, fast-paced wealth management firm in Wethersfield, CT is looking to expand our in-office team. We have the tools and resources to help you build a great future while sharing your expertise!RESPONSIBILITIES * High level of communication and follow-through skills * Strong organizational skills * Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth * Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred * Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred * Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail * 4 Year college degree in business or financeQUALIFICATIONS * Responsible for assisting Financial Advisors in creating risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverable for prospective client meetings. * Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients. * Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept. * Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested. * Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements. * Support the client service department with any additional tasks.BENEFITSWe're an equal opportunity employer.
