Business Transaction Manager, Business Manager, manager, Sales Manager, finance, cars, insurance Business Transaction Manager/ finance Sales Manager Car dealership Location: Chelmsford, Esinteraction Salary: Basic £30k OTE Up to £100k + Excellent Benefits Working Hours: 47.5 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a manager to join their one of the leading automotive organisations offering luxury vehicles and bespoke modifications to customers. Duties: Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and external partners to identify their needs and recommend suitable finance and insurance products. Maximise profitability by promoting finance packages and insurance products alongside vehicle sales. Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate data entry and utilisation. Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives during the sales process. Coordinate with Handover Specialists to ensure a seamless vehicle handover experience for customers. Requirements: Prior background in roles such as Business Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or comparable positions within the automotive finance industry. Adaptability to customise finance packages according to individual customer needs. Proficiency in working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially Excel. Experience in evaluating loan proposals using various methods, including credit scoring and affordability analysis. A customer-centric approach to product or service delivery. Leadership skills and the ability to create an enabling environment for the team. Shift: Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6:30 pm and Midday to 9 pm Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm. Alternate Sundays: 10 am - 5 pm.
