The candidate will primarily handle transactional tax matters and collaborate closely with securities and finance lawyers, as well as interact with investment bankers, financial advisors, and government officials nationwide. Duties:Provide legal advice and support on transactional tax matters.Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations.Draft and review tax-related documents, contracts, and agreements.Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client outcomes.Represent clients in tax-related negotiations, audits, and proceedings. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar.
