SUMMARY The Senior Financial Analyst analyzes, interprets, and supports implementing complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide finance support to the Customer Experience & Centralized Services team* Period-end reporting with a focus on forecasting through benchmarking and analysis* Responsible for moderately complex financial analyses and reports for department management with minimal supervisory review* Prepares analyses in support of the organization's annual budget process, expense forecasts, or statistical reporting* Analysis of revenue, margin (customer, product), and new business opportunities* Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance commentary. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Bachelor's degree in finance/Accounting or other related area; four to seven years of related experience* Intermediate understanding of finance/business concepts, and ability to communicate those concepts to business partners* Perform financial modeling with logical and technically sound problem-solving skills* Strong oral and written communication skills CULTURE AND BENEFITS "Be Orange. In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
