LabVIEW Software Engineer P3 Location: Burnsville, MN Job ID: #69304 Pay Range: $55-68/hr Duration: 24 monthsMust be a US Citizen Primary Responsibilities: * Works with managers, engineers, and technicians to identify and resolve gaps between the current software capabilities and the requirements of standards as well as clients. * Independently completes software projects. * Independently maintains and upgrades existing software. * Works with internal clients to customize software to meet their testing requirements. * Handles multiple projects at once and prioritizes independently. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR Advanced degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations * 3 years of experience in LabVIEW. * Experience in hardware/software integration and troubleshooting.Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or similar. * Experience in VB and/or VBA. * Experience working in the aerospace and/or defense industry. * Experience working in a lab environment.Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
