We are seeking an organized and diligent Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records and files Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting materials Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Salary$950 - $1200weekJob TypeFull-timePowered by JazzHR
