Data Entry Clerk Cetechs, a Small Business, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team of professionals under the leadership of our Program Manager. Data Entry Clerk Duties and Responsibilities Create and update TAP related workshops in database system (AFFIRST). Update attendance after conclusion of Pre-Separation Briefing, Transition Assistance Workshop, Veterans Benefits Briefings, Capstone and two-day GPS tracks. Ability to update client checklist on DD form 2648 after completion of the Pre-Separation Briefing, and five-day Transition Workshop in milConnect. Maintain accountability statistics for the Transition Assistance Program in AFFIRST and use data to develop charts, logs, and summaries. Provide daily sign-up sheets for Transition Assistance Program workshops/classes. Required Skills Must be US Citizen or eligible to work in the US. A minimum of 1 year of data entry experience Proficient with Microsoft computer software application and using personal computer. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Must be skilled in typing and working with a variety of office equipment. Have knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools and techniques to support programs and produce documents (i.e. emails, reports, spreadsheets, databases and graphs). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Powered by JazzHR
