Operations Team Leader

Description:
Horticultural Nursery located in Taylor, MI. is searching for an Operations Team Leader to lead crew(s) in the daily yard activities as delegated by the Yard Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
Unloading of incoming material, merchandising of the yard with received material, customer service(provide information and direction, tagging of product and/or the loading of product onto customers vehicles) perform routine plant and yard maintenance, operate skid-loaders, forklifts, tractors and other equipment, lead crew(s) and partake in the daily yard operations activities.
Candidate should possess:
Horticultural/plant knowlege, effective communication skills, ability to manage time effectively, ability to multi-task, merchandising experience, equipment operation experience (CDL-A license with current medical card is a bonus) fluency in Spanish (helpful but not necessary).
This is a seasonal position: daily-Monday through Friday and scheduled Saturdays.
Compensation based on experience, to be determined.
